REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a full refund. Your product must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the associated shipping fees of returning the product to our headquarters in the UK. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may want to consider using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email notification. The refund will then be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel, please ensure that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Far & Wide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information states that the package was delivered to the correct address and it has not been received, please contact the shipping courier.
SHIPPING FEES
The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees related to international orders. Far & Wide is not responsible for paying customs, duties, and taxes.
