Refund Policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a full refund. Your product must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

To start your return, please contact us at support@farandwideofficial.com.
You will be responsible for paying the associated shipping fees of returning the product to our headquarters in the UK. We do not provide return labels and shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may want to consider using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email notification. The refund will then be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept returns by hand. 


CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as you can, as the warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You just need to provide a few details:

  • Your order number
  • Images of the complete item and if relevant, the area of the fault
  • Details of the problem you noticed and how it first occurred
  • Any other information, e.g. has it been washed/used


LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Far & Wide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with the relevant courier. If you need further help, please do not hesitate to get in contact at support@farandwideofficial.com and we'll do our best to help.


SHIPPING FEES

The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees related to international orders. Far & Wide is not responsible for paying customs, duties, and taxes.
